• Worker requests and subcontracting inquiries (companies): Company name, contact person, phone number, number of workers needed, work location, inquiry details
• How we collect it: Text messages and phone calls you send yourself. The inquiry form on this website also turns your input into a text message sent to our main number, so no personal information is stored on the website.
• Website usage records: Visitor statistics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) use no cookies and are only collected in a form that cannot identify individuals.

2. Purpose of use

• Introducing suitable jobs (sites) to job seekers, contacting you about work schedules, commute information, and paying wages
• Handling worker requests and subcontracting inquiries from companies and proceeding with contracts

3. Retention period and destruction

• We destroy information without delay once its purpose has been achieved. However, information that related laws such as the Employment Security Act require us to keep is retained for that period and then destroyed.
• Paper documents are shredded or incinerated, and electronic files are deleted so they cannot be recovered.

4. Provision to third parties

We do not provide your information to others without your consent. When we need to give essential information such as your name and phone number to the work site (the hiring company) for job placement, we will tell you in advance and get your consent. Requests made under the law are an exception.
