Job placement vs. subcontracting: what's the difference?

Job placement

• We introduce the number of people you need on the day you need them.
• You can adjust headcount to fit the site, by the day, by the week and so on.
• It works well for responding quickly when volume suddenly rises or someone is absent.

Subcontracting

• You hand over a whole unit of work, such as packing, picking, inspection or inbound/outbound.
• Taesan Crew is responsible for staffing, site management and attendance records.
• It suits sites where it is hard to manage headcount every day.
